Shipping Policy

At Eco Peak Technology Private Limited, we take utmost care to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

1. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipment details on your registered email ID.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms.

  • The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Address

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Please ensure that the address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, the same will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable even if the order is returned or cancelled.

5. Exchange and Replacement Shipments

  • For approved exchange or replacement requests, the new product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
