1. Order Cancellation

    • The seller has initiated the process of shipping the order

    • The product is already out for delivery

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.


2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Refunds:

    • Once the return is accepted and approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges:

    • Once approved, the exchanged product will be redelivered within 5-7 working days.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.
